As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service from start to finish. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with vehicle service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance. Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, listen to their concerns, and clearly communicate their needs to our technicians.
Service Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage repair orders, and ensure efficient workflow in the service department.
Estimate Preparation: Provide detailed and accurate cost estimates for repairs and maintenance, explaining the work needed in easy-to-understand terms.
Sales and Upselling: Recommend additional services or products to enhance vehicle performance and ensure customer safety.
Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions, services provided, and follow-up actions.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair terminology.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
