Position Overview:
In this role, you will be the go-to expert for customers seeking to enhance their vehicles with high-performance upgrades. Your responsibilities will include advising customers on the best aftermarket parts to meet their performance goals, managing inventory of premium performance components, and ensuring that each product recommendation is tailored to individual vehicle needs. You will work closely with automotive enthusiasts and professionals to deliver exceptional service, offering insights into the latest trends and innovations in performance parts. Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Greet customers in the store and over the phone, assisting them in finding the right parts and accessories for their vehicles.
Product Knowledge: Provide expert advice on a wide range of automotive parts and products, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Inventory Management: Maintain and organize inventory, ensuring shelves are stocked and accurate records are kept.
Sales and Upselling: Promote and sell additional products and services, such as special orders, warranties, and seasonal items.
Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders, handle returns, and manage special orders efficiently.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to provide a seamless shopping experience and achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories preferably aftermarket performance.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Basic computer skills for managing inventory and sales transactions.
Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field is preferred.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
