Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated B-Level Automotive Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in automotive repair and maintenance, who are eager to expand their knowledge and skills. As a B-Level Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of services, including routine maintenance, brake repairs, and troubleshooting of intermediate-level mechanical issues. You will work alongside a team of experienced professionals, gaining valuable experience and mentorship.
Responsibilities:

Routine Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements.

Brake and Suspension Repairs: Diagnose and repair brake systems, suspension components, and steering systems.

Intermediate Diagnostics: Identify and troubleshoot intermediate-level mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.

Basic Electrical Repairs: Handle basic electrical system repairs, including battery replacement, lighting, and accessory systems.

Exhaust and Emissions Systems: Repair and maintain exhaust and emissions systems, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Assist with Complex Repairs: Assist higher-level technicians with complex diagnostics and repairs, learning and developing new skills.

Parts Replacement: Replace worn or damaged parts such as belts, hoses, and filters.

Inspection and Testing: Inspect vehicles to identify potential issues, test components, and systems to ensure proper functioning.

Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to explain findings, recommended services, and answer questions about their vehicle’s condition.

Documentation: Accurately document services performed, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance.

Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Automotive Repair Technician with a minimum of 5 years in the field.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
