Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced A Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with expertise in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle issues. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our repair shop while delivering top-notch service to our valued customers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Diagnostics: Perform comprehensive diagnostics to identify complex issues in vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, and electronic systems.

  • Repairs and Maintenance: Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, sharing expertise and ensuring best practices are followed.

  • Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnostic findings, recommended repairs, and maintenance needs, providing clear and accurate estimates.

  • System Updates: Stay current with advancements in automotive technology, software updates, and new repair techniques.

  • Quality Control: Inspect and test vehicles after repairs to ensure issues have been resolved and the vehicle is in proper working condition.

  • Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and calibrated as necessary.

  • Documentation: Accurately document all diagnostic procedures, repairs performed, and parts used, ensuring proper record-keeping and compliance with regulations.

  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all employees and customers.

  • Continuous Education: Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to maintain and enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Repair Technician with a minimum of 10 years in the field.

  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.

  • Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Certification from an accredited automotive technology program or equivalent experience preferred.
